	* tui.c: Remove malloc.h.
	* tui-hooks.c (_initialize_tui): Remove tui_init_hook as
	init_ui_hook (this essentially breaks tui, but prevents a GDB
	crash until tui is fixed).
	(target_wait_hook): Pass NULL client_data to target_wait.
