                <tt class="methodname">Db::get_open_flags()</tt>
            </p>
            <p>
                Returns the current open flags. It is an error to use this method on 
                an unopened database.

				Never remove a database that has handles opened for it. Never remove a file that
				contains databases with opened handles.
